OK, the funniest thing that has ever happened since I started keeping birds happened about 10 minutes ago-one of my 3 month old Pyncheon roosters tried to flog me.

I was laughing so hard at the poor little guy trying to be tough that I almost slipped in the mud and fell down.

Remember, he is only about 6 inches tall!

OK, it's official-everyone should have some of these incredible little birds. They are hands down the friendliest, most social, hilarious wonderful little things! They have quickly become a favorite around here due to their tiny size and GIANT attitudes.
Jody, I can't tell you how much I appreciate you sharing these wonderful creatures with me-they are amazing. One of my little roosters(he is my baby) comes running with his little comb flapping when he sees or hears me and does these little scratching motions and then lays down for me to pick him up.

No matter what kind of day I've had, when I see that precious little thing come running to me, he makes me smile.
I only wish someone had warned me that these weren't only chickens, but also fashionable hats-I ALWAYS have one on my head-not sure what that's all about, but they LOVE to perch on my head.

Rusty, Nice to see you here. Love your pics on your BYC page and holy crap! There's my Spanish paintings. Alright, a plug is in order. Rusty's work is beautiful, even nicer in real life than we see here (though you did well). He solicits input and will bend over backwards to get things right. I was and still am thrilled with my work.
