I'm also in Spain - South Costa Blanca. Hot dry summers, cool dry winters, and warm spring time and autumn. We only get about 12inches of rain per year which falls mostly in October and February. I've got a small flock of two cochins, and 2 buff orpingtons, and they went outside into their coop for the first time yesterday!
