Possible bumblefoot?

Hello, 3-4 year old sapphire gem (name is Luna) with a swollen area between her toes. Don't see any black part like I hear for bumblefoot and she is using it as normal, but....that definitely doesnt look normal. I've never had a chicken with a foot issue, so I need some help. She is in a run with 8 other hens--does not free-range due to predators. Walks in poop a lot, I am sure. Eating, drinking normally, no poo issues...just this foot. Do I watch it or do something? I don't have a vet accessible--especially not a poultry vet that I know of. What advice would you have for me? Thanks for any help!

You could try soaking the feet in warm Epsom salts water for 15 minutes a day. Then you could either try lancing it and seeing if you can get any pus out of it, or apply a sugardine paste dressing to the foot for 2 days, then replacing it every 2 days. Here is a recipe for sugardine:
