I doubt someone really hacked your account -- if you log into your CL account you can see the ads you've ACTUALLY posted - you'll probably see that you've only actually posted what you meant to post.
I get them all the time - about cars I didn't sell, or posts that were "flagged" ... ... they don't actually exist.
These emails are similar to the scams that you get from ebay and paypal... they're hoping you respond with information or click on a link that has a virus or a scam that tells you to fill out X information to "protect" your account ... but what you're really doing is sending your information to another party ... Be very careful! ... good scammers have emails that seem legit, and webpages that look very similar to the webpage their trying to impersonate.
best thing to do in this computerized world is to always monitor your accounts (bank,cc, credit reports etc.) ... just pay attention any unknown charges... I suggest not waiting for your monthly statement, but to check weekly your accounts online, or even balances over the phone....
