Possible crop trouble

I have a hen, about a year old that looks and acts pretty sick. She has a pale comb, and a bump or bulge on the left side of her crop area. She's an SG Dorking, always looks pretty heavy and she and her "sister" always hang around the food bowl. I was just down to the coop to treat them, when I found her off to the side crying softly. One eye is closed and she is all puffed up. Could this be a crop problem? What can I do?

Also, have been reading the posts on impacted crop. It suggests mineral oil and massage. How do you massage a crop? She closes both eyes, when I tried it, and I think I am hurting her. ..

also forgot to say she is drinking okay, but not sure if she is eating. Her eye does open and it is not watering or irritated.

I am heading back check on them and turn the lights on. I will try to massage again.
