possible fever whats wrong?

My hen feels a lot hotter than the others. Runny poop on her vent. she is squacking all day. she had poop balls on her nails, which i cleaned off. shes molting a bit. no signs of mites. Whats her issue?

Try taking her temperature.
If it is truly high, there is likely an infection.

I don't know how you'd ever "feel" that increase in temperature, but check them with a thermometer. Normal temp of an adult chicken is right at 106F, but can be as low as 105 and as high as 107F and still be "normal".

What is your outdoor temperature today? If you think she's overheated from your weather, can you bring her indoors for an hour so? We do that with our birds in NC if they seem to be struggling with hot summer days.

Check temperature in the vent... Let us know what you find out.
