Possible Guinea Eggs in "Quail" Batch?

i think my chickens are ALL crazy ! as i was writing about the bucket i did remember that i didnt take it out of the coop so i went to go get it and my black frizzle cochin was in the same spot! yin and yang , thats their names. then i went to let my new ones loose, i have them in a big cage in the coop so they could learn each other. so, i opened the doors and left them at it. they have never in their lives been outside of a cage. they ran out circled the cage, ran back in and closed the door behind them! this is not going to be easy.

Well, Moose is on a winning streak. He's still up and about, and eating and drinking healthily. I picked up some corid-esque medicine just in case.

its breathing heavy and when i picked it up water came out of its beak

How hot is it in there? Chicks that are too hot will drink too much to cool down and may throw up the water if messed with at all.

i will have to put a thermometer in there to see, maybe. it is only 50s today but there in a 2 by 3 ft. box screened front with a 125 heat lamp

Chickens seemed do easy till I got obssessed! Like horses, when I was a kid they lived on grass and had a canvas rug in winter. ?.getting back in 25 years later I own 4 rugs and 3 feed bins..if knowledge is power..im short circuting lol.

Hope chicky perks up , they are such teeny things to have such a grip on our hearts
