Possible Guinea Eggs in "Quail" Batch?

Haha, chickens are weird like that. Remember that pullet that was keeping Pip company for a while? We thought her leg was broken, but a few days later she just hopped out of her pen we had set up for her in the sun room and walked around like it was nothing. It must've just been sprained or something.

so, you guys know what good luck i have been having lately. TODAY, i went outside and on the outside of one of my runs is hanging upside down my old polish buff hen. geez ! i dont know how old she is but she has some wicked looking spurs and quit laying a year ago. no flapping, no movement at all. i guess she got her feet stuck in the chicken wire and decided to just lay there! her feet were twisted opposite of her body. so i go over untwist her and take her down and she just looks at me like , what do you think your doing? i figured her leg would be broke at least but nope! she just walk away and started eating like it was just  normal for what she was doing .

Yoga. Chicken style.
Or bungy jumping

Or the good ole act casual nobody saw routine.

He was staying in my sister is laws bathroom while we were moving and her higher cabinets have lace front doors instead of solid (Its an old house and older cabinets.) Best we can figure he jumped into the cabinet through the hole her cat had made and caught the leg as he jumped out (Ninja may be his name but not his game. He grew into one clumsy cat) Then it twisted his leg around where he cracked the bone and flailed until he dropped down, jarring the bone upwards. Then him running around the house dragging his pegleg cast around and trying to squeeze under doors made it worse. That piece of small bone the looks completely separate was not like that on the original x-rays. Dadgum cat costed us nearly $1000 in vet bills.

You would NOT want to see pics. ,if they existed, of what his leg looked like after the cast. His foot swole up so bad after they removed it from the compression and it was bleeding a lot. It was just

It took a few weeks to heal from the ast itself. We had to switch to a special cat litter.
