Possible Guinea Eggs in "Quail" Batch?

Say just a suggestion there granny in dealing with to many eggs. When I get to many eggs or they are older then I am willing to sell them to people I donate then to the Local domestic violence and rape center here in town. Or their might be a soup kitchen that would take your spare eggs and maybe even you extra roosters . Or take your extra eggs make bread pudding and then freeze what you can't eat right away. I can give you a great recipe. My goodies were yummy got many thank you(s). Still have a little fudge here but alas don't have the address of the lady down south who would like some. Just tried my mint and not happy with it taste is great but gritty/grainy. Wonder if you can feed fudge to chickens ??? YES?NO. Might tryit on the extra roos first.

no you cant give chocolate to chickens !! maybe if you had asked the lady from the south she would of gave you her address !! soup kitchen is wonderful idea. my eggs are mostly bantams but they taste the same to me !! i will call in the morn and see if they would like them. i dont think there are any other programs around here though. fudge to chickens! ridiculous. would love one of your recipes if it is not to time consuming. grainy fudge, hmmm, over cooked or sugar too fine?

ok thought maybe either over cooked or under cooked. If you pm me with your address there might be a sampler pack with homemade carmels and fudge in the mail to you. LOL BTW you can half the bread pudding recipe I sent you. I figured abut 3 pullet/banty eggs should equal about 2 large eggs.

3 bantam to 2 lg. is about right. love the recipe for the bread pudding cant wait to try it. my mother said her mother used to make it for her but she never had so i am sure it will be a great treat for her. thank you!

i put 36 eggs in the bator today. 13 polish/rir cross and the rest is bantam. i collect 2 rir mix eggs a day so i will probably add them today too. i am trying to do more big chickens so that i may find a place for them easier . they should hatch around my b-day.then be large enough by spring to donate to the soup kitchen . is that terrible? people gotta eat .

I just put 18 homegrown quail eggs in the incubator. ? Whoop Whoop! Lets see if hes shooting blanks.. lol

sad news all, i finally got a hold of starkasm, she has fell and broke her leg very severely. she has been unable to sit in a chair where her computer is and a laptop she has if i am understanding right , the battery is not much good. so once in a rare while she sees her PM. hopefully it wont be too long before she is up and at it again
