Possible Guinea Eggs in "Quail" Batch?

I think I read somewhere that eggs will hatch early if they can hear other chicks with them. Maybe that's what happened, lol.

hahah. Maybe. I'm currently thinking about processing half my quail this afternoon. I need words of encouragement. I don't think I can stand 3 more weeks of this smell! I have to clean them out every couple of days!

i have never ate, cleaned or even seen a quail except for pics. how many do you have?

just 8. I have them in 3 boxes though... they are eating a lot of food and none are laying yet... argh! Got 4 for the fridge, might start preparing the kitchen now for doing the deed.... it will be my first time

i remember reading storys as a child about kings and far away places and they talked of eating the little birds so small they even ate the bones. is this the bird they spoke of?

Perhaps.... I won't be partaking in the bones though!
