Possible Guinea Eggs in "Quail" Batch?

cant you keep them all together? i will tell you how i clean or cull my chickens, i wait until someone pisses me off and then its easy to do. and it normally dont take too long for that to happen. hahahah

Teradragon, I've never processed before, either. Are they extra roos, or do you just have too many?

Not too sure, it all depends on starkasm. She said her friend with the eggs would have to wait until the weather gets a bit better so they don't freeze. Now my mom wants quail, too, so I'm helping her pick out some eggs tonight. That's 15 chicks next week, at least a dozen quail eggs after that, and who knows how many chukar eggs when the weather clears. Not to mention the turkey poults my mom wants come spring! We're gonna have a full house at this rate!

I don't have room for 8. They were fighting and too cramped. Can't keep them outside because of vermin.

I did it. It made me feel sad. 3 more to go... people say it gets easier....

i am having a very hard time trying to decide what stays , what goes or how many to keep for that matter. think im going have to have some help on that one.
