You know what's very annoying when you have mammals such as rabbits? Well... let's just say two of them were running in the dog run (it has a divider for male/female), and one of them jumped the fence. Soooo, looks like I might be getting another litter... Hopefully not, that doe is supposed to come to the next show! I don't have the cage space for another litter. Not to mention that the doe is a lot younger than I'd like.

She's around 5-6 months old. I usually wait until 8-12 months. With luck, that will be the case and I can take the doe to the show, but I don't know how long they were together so I'll just have to keep an eye out.

My mom doesn't keep many rabbits anymore. Certainly not the fancy kind, anyway. We have three right now. One himalayan netherland dwarf, one harlequin tri-color rex, and one big ol' mutt. The harlequin is our only doe, and she's housed with the mutt. We think she might be pregnant with her first litter. She's been yanking out her hair from her dewlap. They're a bunch of cuties.
