pft minute rice and regular rice...

I don't ever do minute rice, it tastes like rubber.
I usually do Jasmine rice and love it, but I'm out so it was just regular (real) rice.
I finally gave up and put the crock in the fridge and plugged it back in at 5am. It is cooked lol.

Tonight I was smart and opted for pot roast and baby potatoes! No rice til I get my Jasmine!!
I've tried that uncle ben's. It's actually not bad if you nuke it and extra 30 secs. or skillet it. I made lunch for sis and hubby with peas and chicken the other day with that rice in the skillet "long grain wild"
