Oh Cheyen I took this video yesterday to show you what they'd look like a month or so from now.
I was trying to get him to make the cute call they do .. almost sounds like a spanish R like when you roll your R. But there was one in the pen missing him so he was calling to him and this one was calling back.
Don't fret, they are very quiet so far.. they were just talking to each other cause this one was out.

cheyen, did you only use tape and what kind?

I used plain old blue painters tape with a bit of gauze on the inside, since I didn't know if the tape by itself would be bad for his tiny feet.

I just love this thread. Better then any "soap" !!!! Love Granny's comment although it has caused me pain because of snorted and also expelled hot coffee at some of the things she has written.
I have a silly question for any and all. I really would like to raise a few Hunnigarian partridge (grey partridge) ( huns) to release around my place and an abandoned farm about 1/2 mile west of me. Why are they so PRICEY compared to chucker ??? harder to raise?? and to both chucker and huns taste the same?? Just wondering..

PS any pics of the fluffy ones would be appreciated. Scott
