Possible Guinea Eggs in "Quail" Batch?

I have done assisted hatches before. I find it helpful to keep the humidity very high around the egg since its now opened like that. It seems to help them absorb the yolk and reduce the amount of veins quicker. I use to just leave the slightly opened eggs in the normal incubator set up, but found they seemed to dry out and I lost quite a few that way. That is why I upped the humidity and it worked a lot better.

I once had to assist button quail twins out of their egg. The egg was huge and I felt for its mother and I don't have a clue how she got it out? Both chicks survived.

You seem like your doing all the right things though. I just thought you might want to try the humidity thing if your worried or want to try to speed things up a little bit.

Can't wait till we can have a look at the little guy.
