Possible Guinea Eggs in "Quail" Batch?

He's in a brooder now? I remember you saying he was staying in an incubator. If so, is he getting enough air?

I put a heater in front of his brooder, so hopefully that'll warm him up. He was eating and drinking yesterday, I didn't get a chance to see if he had any this morning. I've been mixing medicated chick starter with ground meal worms for him, so i think there's enough protein there.

He's been moved to a small brooder I put together a few days ago. It's got plenty of ventilation. Maybe too much ventilation if he can't keep warm? I'm so worried.

Do you have any Corid on hand? I'd give him some in case it's something more serious. It won't hurt him but can help him.

I don't have any corid. Our local feed store is very small, and the chicken section is limited. They have wazine and save-a-chick. I'd have to put in an order for the corid. I've added some ACV and sugar to his water. His breathing has gotten fast again, and he's sleeping like a chukar should. Earlier he was sleeping all bunched up with his head under his chest. I hope this is a good sign.

I read somewhere that it's fine to give them medicated chick starter, since that's what's in medicated game bird starter too. I'm really hoping it was just the temperature. I've grown really attached to the little guy.
