Possible Guinea Eggs in "Quail" Batch?

They do work great. That's what the Rgs and Chukars are on right now!

12 chukars and 3rgs. I'm pretty sure that's gonna be it. Had one slow poke chukar that didn't pop out til during the night!

read up on the pheasants yesterday, they get along with chukars and chickens but the males dont get along with each other at mating time they will fight to the death and sometimes if the female wont let them mate they will kill her too. so if you have an extra male.............oh, and they will mate with chickens

You forgot hail and tornadoes also possibly Obama which in my opionion is the worst "natural" disaster around. Also it's North Dakota I am about 250 miles north of Mount Rushmore. PS the only month that we have not had snow in my lifetime is July. On the bright side it does keep the trainsient population down. And up here weather is our biggest enemy not each other.

Took my about 1/2 an hour to post and then thought Hey I'll try another and nope couldn't do it. My renter had sent me the pics in an email. This is a seasonal creek and does go dry also all the brown areas were also under water this time.

I have terrible news... We found some "evidence". It looks like the cat/dog got them. Of the ones left, a few of them still look like they're in shock. I don't know if they've been injured. One is doing just fine, at least...

We sold the last of our chicks, and we've got some more d'uccle eggs coming tomorrow. Granny, that blue polish I had a while ago is gone now, too. He turned out to be a cockerel, and I let my mom's friend take him. We have too many over here.
