Lol, I will be getting the anesthesia, so I've already told everyone not to mention any stupid stuff I might say when I wake up. The clinic I'm going to provides prescriptions, so that covers the pain... I'll just need bed rest and soft food for a week.

LOVE the new charms !!!!! Best of luck with the dentist!!!! I go back in Oct for another check up hopefully the numbness will be gone and then we can schedule surgery for the posts to be implanted. Little worried as when they did the bone implants I didn't come out of the anthesia like they wanted, maybe just to tired and didn't want to wake up. Last time I had gas the dentist told assistant to move the suction as I was starting to drool and it (the drool) was heading for his lap and I told the dentist that I charged for cheap thrills.

Boy do I, lol. My grandma fashioned an ice pack out of panty hose for me. I look silly, but the swelling is staying down. My mouth was numb for a good 4 hours after I got home! I'm sure happy for these pain killers. I tried eating some yoghurt and mashed potatoes. You're not allowed to eat before surgery so I thought I would be starving by dinner time. I don't have much of an appetite, though.
