possible heart disease?

recently my polish passed away and i was wondering of the causes so this is what happened.
she was always extremely sleepy
then she started laying
soft eggs
but she layed standing up
then on her last day she had egg yolk coming out of her vent
so i was wondering if anyone could tell me what happened
and why she was so sleepy
i know polish is a very docile breed but you’d rarely see her not asleep

Sorry for your loss. She may very well have had reproductive tract problems.
