possible MG possible impacted crop?

i cannot get her to open it. massaged with a small sponge and warm water. my husband is at work so i am having to hold her and try to pry the eye open she is clearly not having it. i made an appointment for her at 5. her temp seems to have dropped a little after the eye massage. legs and feet feel cooler

also the eye has no puss. no drainage really. no crust
