Possible poisoning????Please help!!!!!!

Hello I have a friend I gave some chickens to a about 2 months ago they are orpingtons.and they have been fine up until about 3 days ago one hen became very larthargic and one eye closed.my friend had a man come and fertilize his lawn and they sprayed right beside the fence all the other chickens are completely fine.and my chickens are completely fine. She walks very hunched up and most time wants to just lay there and not move.could she have been poisoned or could it be much worse like mereks?the hen is about 2 years old and I have never had any problems with her.what could be wrong?
