Possible prolapse?

Hey guys,
So me and my girlfriend have recently hatched some corturnix quail from some store bought eggs, all the chicks seem okay however I noticed this on one of the little guys and it looks like a prolapse to me, what do you guys think? And if so what can I do about it?

I'm not sure, we're completely new to this, it did have some faeces on which I wiped with some wet kitchen roll and that's what was like underneath

It dried up and fell off of my chick and it looked just like that so hopefully it will be ok , what kind of reptiles have you dealt with .

Thanks man. All sorts from your basic stuff like corn, king and rat snakes, pythons from royals to retics, various varanids, all kinds of smaller lizards and even got to work with some stuff that were more dangerous like western diamond back rattlers and spectacled Caiman.
