All three birds are unquestionably cockerels. Realistically one cockerel to eleven pullets is enough, and two might be one too many. I'd consider rehoming 2 as a package deal.

If you plan on breeding them I would make a rooster pen..... They will have pecking order like normal chickens but they won't be fighting over females or them gang up on them and killing them. It's your option thought ☺ but only 1 roo for 12 hens.Again, bought these guys thinking I was only getting hens and today they started crowing. Do I actually have roosters? I have one buff Orpington and two australorps. I have to figure it out because I only have 11 hens. #toomanyboys

Yes- they were sold as pullets. So far I have found a home for 1. We weren’t planning on having roosters. All 3 are cockerels. Were they sold as pullets?
I'd rehome/butcher at least 2. Or even all 3 if you just chickens for eggs.
He's definitely a cockerel, then, IMO. I ask because I have one that will be 3 months next week that has about the same development.Almost 4 months
