Hello my 6 hens have had pale looking combs the past week. I have seen two hens black spots on the combs also. There has been diarrhea for the last two days in the coop. Can it be worms or something else?

Most worms are invisible to the human eye.

Could be a lot of things.
Pics of combs and poops could help here.
Also what all and how exactly are you feeding?
How old are thee birds, in weeks or months?

Oh, and.... Welcome to BYC @Nala36 sorry you are having troubles.
Where in this world are you located?

I am located in Pennsylvania. My cheeps are 25 weeks old. It has been in between the 50-60’s during the day about between 45-35 at night. They seem happy and talk a lot very excited when I got outside.

That poop looks pretty normal to me. Are they still laying or have they stopped for the year? If they aren’t laying, sometimes the combs will look a bit paler. The black spot looks like a small injury. The comb has a high amount of blood flow, so scabs are usually dark spots.

I don’t *think* there’s any cause of concern.

They lady anywhere between 2-4 eggs daily still. The past week I’ve been getting 4 eggs each day.

A couple days ago o did have runny poop but it didn’t look like anything was in there. Every other day I do let them free range. So maybe they just ate something that didn’t agree with them. Could wind cause pale combs?

Sorry, I see now they have just started laying. Also, welcome fellow Pennsylvanian! Chickens occasionally have runny poop, especially if they’ve drank a lot. It’s not usually cause for concern unless it’s continuous. You’re girls are very cute by the way :) being colder can cause paler combs, because less blood will be present in the comb.

Thank you so much for the input. I have been very worried lol. I really appreciate it.

If you really do think there might be a worm issue, best thing to do is have a vet do a fecal float and see what's in there. Normal for birds to have some worms, but a large load could be an issue.

The black spots on the combs look like scabs, may be from pecking or even rubbing against fencing. I don't see anything concerning there.
Poop looks fine to me.
Runny poop if you see that again, get a photo - you may have seen some cecal poop which is looser and darker which is normal.

The feed dispenser - is that dispensing o.k.? I would make sure they have plenty of feed free choice even if they free range. You have White Leghorns and these little ladies churn out the eggs, so I would see that they have access to food during waking hours.
Make sure they also have oyster shell free choice.

Combs can be a little pale at times. Just keep watch on them, days are getting shorter, but at their age they should lay right on through winter until next fall.
