possible worm problem?

I have a 10 month old blue orphington hen that has always had problems with messy rear end .her droppings has always been kind of loose which causes the back of her tail where it is supposed to be fluffy very messy.her wattles and comb look bright red and she eats and appears healthy other than that.you think she may have worms?

I have the same issue with a 9 mouth old buff. I've tried all I know to, including worming, but see no improvement. Maybe someone will have the right suggestion.

Currently I havea bit of a problem with a white rock. How dry is the run? hoping if the weather changes it will get better, but listening to thunde now.

the run is covered so it is very dry.they go outside in the daytime and free range in a 20x20 electric fenced area.
