Sulfadimethoxine?

Some vets say it's better than Sulfadimethoxine, it's sulfamethoxazole & trimethoprim

I think the sulfa liquid is available without a vet script.

The 40% injectable sulfa is no rx. 12.5% liquid requires rx.

Babies are doing well this morning. Gains are getting better. Poo is more solid - a couple yellow-tinged, but I think that's the Corid. Lots of energy and running around. Nut still has moments where he stands puffed up with his head back, but not as often. His feathers are more smoothed down, too.

Here's them this morning. Feathers are a little puffed out, but that's because it's preening time.

Nut is in the foreground.

I normally give them a few leaves of baby lettuce with five or six meal worms once a day. Do you think this is still ok or should I wait until I finish the Corid?

Glad they seem to be improving!
I worked at a vet for 5 years and they would do the same thing. As long as you plan to spend oodles of money, sure we can help you out! We'll throw in this and that, too. They will get their $$$ won't they :/

Yeah. It was a little frustrating. But it all worked out in the end. I have this awesome forum to rely on!

So glad they are better! FWIW, when mine are sick I give them tons of mealworms.
