That does not seem to have sulfa. It looks to have many different antibiotics—erythromycin, oxytetracycline, streptomycin, and colistine (polymixin B) which could treat a wide variety of bacterial infections, especially intestinal diseases and enteritis. But it won’t treat coccidiosis. If your chickens are doing okay at this time, you may not need to treat for coccidiosis. It might be best to just continue what you are doing, and give a small amount of yogurt daily or every other day.
 
I'll give it to my sick chick regardless. It does seem to stop other bacterial infections as you mentioned and does have vitamins. The chick seems to have the poop leaking out of its vent slowly now. I don't see it ever any bowel movements since this morning. I am applying coconut oil and am still giving acv and garlic water. Will add this to the water today.
 
That would be fine. If there is some intestinal infection going on, that would certainly help. It is kind of a super-killing antibiotic. I hope it helps.
