My wife and I went to see John Prine once. I didn't like him. All his songs were really corny to me. My wife said something about how talented he was. I said, I could write music that good. So in about 3 seconds I came up with:

I mow around the tree
I mow around the bush
I wished I had a lawn mower
I didn't have to push

I got this.

Her lulling purr vibrating my hand,
Making it hard not to fall asleep,
In the lulling wind,

Dreaming lovely dreams of a handsome knight.

I made that up on the spot....it ain't very good.
