post any and all waterfowl pictures here!!! ponds, pools, aviarys, coops, runs, etc.

This is the only picture I have that includes our portable electric poultry netting.
We use the length of our house and attached barn for one side of the pen.
So the kids can throw lettuce right out the window to the ducks and the ducks have the barn for cover.

Hi Rose,

How do you find the netting works with snow? I'll be buying one this spring, and shorting out in snow is my one concern. Also,

It's fun with an indoor ducky! My girl acts like a puppy following me around the house & sitting up on the bed with me & the 4 dogs when it's TV time. Other than the habit she picked up of begging for whatever you're eating by dancing, she's better behaved than the dogs! She has her own duck house in the dog's room but most of the time she's hanging out around the house as long as she has her diaper on.

Here are some of my ducklings, the first pic is the night we brought them home. they were only 6 days old, the second they are 2 weeks old and the 3rd was taken yesterday and they'll be 5 weeks old on sunday.

I'm still trying to convince my fiance that keeping one inside as an indoor duck would be an awesome idea... Still a no go so far...

Ok our charger was hit by lightning last fall and I haven't replaced it. So there is no charge on the fence right now.
I m not sure if the snow would short it or not but I think it would.
usually here we get so much snow the ducks hang out on the driveway all winter with snow banks up to my shoulders.
The weather has been really weird this year.

Here are some pics of my first duckies, I got them a week or two ago. 2 Ruddy Shelducks, Percy and Bliss. Bliss has the white on her face.

The above was a rescue duck I had... I was not allowed to add text once the picture was in place!
Her mouth is not open... her beak is just deformed that way.
