Post numbers aren't increasing...

ANyone else notice this?? I see that my post #'s aren't increasing... they are stuck @ 621.

Hmmm...that's really, really odd....why did starting a topic increase it, but replying to someone else's topic does not? I *believe* it normally does...am I wrong?

Edited to say I am an idiot...don't fret...I get it now....

I expected the 1st post to say post #622 and the next to say post #623...but everytime I post they ALL change to say total # of posts 624.... make sense??

Ohhh. Right. I see. No, that will always happen. Your avatar block is always going to show how many posts you have made in total. It will change every time you post one.

Ok the last post I made was 3307 let's see if this one will make 3308. It worked the # changed

I have also noticed this...my "teller" often gets stuck...it often only counts a post when I change to a different forum (like now>it has added this post yet I just made four replies (Emergencies of course) on different posts and it remained at 2088...
I notice the poster and Cassandras also "stuck" here in this thread.
