Glad to hear that they've been found. Keep us posted on the little guy with the possibly broken wing.
Dang, that stinks! I really want to hear an update about your chickies tomorrow! I want to know how they're doing!

Thought you some of you might like to see the reply that I got from USPS Custome Service this morning after I wrote them yesterday and my new reply that I just now sent:
Where do you get the gall enough to suggest that USP Service did squat to locate my chicks and get them to me. I went to you and others at your customer service, and all I could get were recordings. The chicks that you and your ilk hope are okay, are NOT okay. Due to careless handling during two days of your service, one has a broken leg and wing and will have to be euthanized and anothers chances are questionable.
The only reason any of them are alive today is because a lady on the chicken forum of which I am a member sent me a telephone number to call at the Indianapolis post office. I called that number (that your creepy service could have given me if anyone there cared the LEAST bit), and I was connected to TWO people who were willing to WORK; Kay Leslie, after getting permission from her boss, Joel Turner, proceeded to do a search. She called me back a half hour later; shed found them at the Indianapolis mail terminal sitting there (nobody could bother to call me). Joel Turner had them put them on the next truck to the Indianapolis post office and sent to Kay and him. I picked them up from them close to midnight last night. So dont presume to take credit for ANYTHING because your customer service is an absolute farce as much as your TRACKING is that only shows place of origin and date of delivery with no indication of the many scans made at mistaken shipping sites where they were evidently sent for two days.

What have you incompetent, uncaring, careless, stupid people done with my chicks. They were supposed to arrive EXPRESS to the Greenwood, Indiana, office this morning at 9:30 A.M. They are newly hatched, and they are supposed to be in 99 degree fahrenheit. If they aren't dead by now, they're chilled, starving, dying of thirst, and totally stressed. You bunch of worthless creeps. I hope you all lose your jobs.

MORE HELP! What's wrong with you? I got NO HELP from those creeps, so how could I get MORE!
I feel your frustration about the PO but lets not yell at each other.
Joe, I am so excited that you got your Orps! They are my very very very favorite breed! I would love to see some pictures when you have a minute but if your weather is anything like mine, we can all wait till there is no more rain.
Thank God for Jean, she was a life saver to you and these chicks. I swear every government office anymore is understaffed because of budget cuts and the horrible economy and no one is willing to stick their neck out for another.
With that said, I am pleased that you found someone in the PO service to help and cared about your frustration and the health of those babies.
Keep us updated on the one in the house. We all hope he/she makes it through
