Can anyone post pictures of Phoenixes with the correct body type? I have two hens that are tall(ish) and gamey looking, two that are very small and short to the ground but look sorta like OEGBs (they aren't. I'm referring to body build) and one who is just, Phoenix looking. She has a long tail where the others is spread out but kinda long and she looks like my rooster in body type. Him and that hen are hard to explain.

Since I have 2 broodies sitting on the same nest I have one to 2 chicks at a time hatching out. I lost the 5th one, but #7, now one of 6, hatched today, There had been 11 eggs but another one is in there. The first hen started sitting on just one egg, so they were laid over a few days. What didn't go in that box I grabbed out and sold. LOL But I was really excited to see that the first 2 were feathering in like pullets and #3 just started feathering in as a cockerel and I was hoping to get a good roo to hold back, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Now I have extra chicks and no one near me buys ornamental birds. Figures. Still I hope they all hatch. I love my Phoenix.

my sumatra eggs hatched out I have 13 sumatra chicks and I am going to hatch out more as well as some phoenix's eggs from boggy bottom bantams! so exited to start breeding them and showing them!!
