the chicks are 13 weeks tomorrow!, the mother is still with them, look at her lieng in the box the chicks poo in!!!! she sleeps in there whilst the chicks perch on the side!

I clean my Boxes out and freshen up the shavings every day Jon, its just healthier, lice and mites love that kind of an environment..

I wish i had the time, that box was soposed to be a extra nest and some used it untill the orpington decided it was hers to sleep in!
