Post Pics Of Orps/ Orpingtons HERE

One of my hens that I got a couple of month back was trying to attack Daisy's chick today. Daisy obviously wasn't having it considering she is above that hen, so she put her wings out and then the hen just lashed out at her, so the chick went and hid in the reshes and Daisy started fighting back. She was loosing at the start but then started to do better and then won and chased the hen off!

Heres Bella with her friends today!

Good girl Daisy ! Look at Bella being motherly !
I'm so glad she won because if the hen wanted to get at her chick, then I would have been screwed if she lost! And I know, she is great with them. She even lets them steal food from her! Hopefully this is a sign that she will be a good mother if she goes broody!

This is what Bella wants. Here are two Max, Monty's bro., cockerels. The one in front is just 5 1/2 months old, and the one behind is younger. Both of these are available now for pick up only, or for shipment in September.

Bella loves male attention but if they go in for the mate then she goes crackers!
