Fabulous pictures!
Just like a family portrait! Thanks so much for sharing. I just love them!

Ditto! I think that color buff is beautiful, so soft.

Kathy, when do I get pics of those gorgeous Lavs you have? I saw them when they were younger but I need updates.

I need to get some of those chicken saddles for a few of my girls. Love all the pics. I am going to get some buff pics up hopefully in the next week or so. Mothers day weekend and more company is slowing me down but Hey my youngest grandboy is coming and he wants to eat watemelon, go fishing and swimming. Can"t wait to see them.

My Lavender Orp project birds really are sweet.
My plan is to use some of my Bama chicks (when they grow out) to continue the project.
Here are a few pictures of them from the past couple weeks.
They are still very young, and just started laying a couple weeks ago...

Julie, Do you sew? Those saddles are real easy to make. I have a few girls wearing them now.

Enjoy your Mother's Day weekend ..... grandkids are so much more fun than kids, I have found!

Kathy I can sew but due to having to drag everything out and then get lots of light to thread the needle I jusst don't do it anymore unless it is an emergency.

Here is a black Cockerel out of Tubby and girls. He was hatched the latter part of Jan so I guess that makes him a good 3 months old. You can see his size compared that 5 gallon bucket. His is going to be a large boy.
