I suspect that your "Bronze" tom has some Royal Palm in it which might make it a Bronze Semi-Color Semi-Gray.My Bronze and Royal Palm (recently sold the RP)View attachment 1263869
It is also possible that the lighting is causing the iridescence of the feathers to show up as a light color.Maybe! I bought him from a lady off of Facebook so not too sure. Although there is a filter on that pic that makes him look lighter so that could be it too lol
It is possible that the hen is also a Red Bronze but I cannot tell from the image posted. If they are both Red Bronze, mating them can produce 25% Bronze, 25% Bourbon Red and 50% Red Bronze as long as they have no other hidden recessive color genes.Thank you i did not know that i was about to show him to!!
