Hi guys, we have a pit mix that we got off of craigslist about a year ago. Her name is Boots, and she is 3. She is a wonderful dog, other than her taste for chickens and geese. She is great with kids, and respects our old lab. She is really playful and energetic, which makes her have a few minor issues, but all dogs do. Here's boots:

Yeah, we have no idea where the eyes come from. I know pitts come with blue eyes, but I've never seen a mostly black dog with eyes like hers.




That was right after we got her. When we got her she was thin and was missing a lot of hair on her butt because she was reacting to the fleas she had in her old home

I knew a jet-black pit bull with blue eyes like hers. My white pit bull "Chaser" has blue eyes too.

This is Mia...she came out of the pound in s.ca. She is part shar-pei, part pit. They found her in an area with lots of fighting rings. She had an imbedded collar and scabs all over when I got her, she weighed about 20# less than she should have... But...she is my baby now I've had her for like 11 yrs. she has seperation anxiety, but she is good with my baby son, cats, chickens and other dogs amazingly and stays with me off leash. I think she is going deaf now, which makes me sad to think she's getting old. I love her!!!

Me and Smokey dog on 4/20. He is a blue nose and so is his dad, mom, and grandma. Got him when he was 2 weeks from my lil sister's friend, he was a very protective little puppy and still is. He's 5 months old now and the protector of my flock and the family.

She was found as a puppy at like 4 or 5 weeks old and them stayed in the shelter for the first 4 months of her life (well until she was 5 months old). I don't know why nobody wanted her.. She is just so darn cute! She practically vibrates with energy. oh, and she likes to sleep under your bed like a monster waiting to come out when your asleep to lick your face!
