Hi. I have two VERY AFFECTIONATE pet turkeys. A Bourbon Red (Giblet) and Naragansett (Gobbles). I 'think' theyre both hens but we'll see as time progresses. Theyre about 3 months old. Theyve taken on a sort of celebrity status because they follow people everywhere and want to cuddle in laps as soon as you sit down. Heres a pic of my husband trying to take a quick nap in the lawnchair. The turkeys wouldnt leave him alone . Its cute now, but when theyre 15lbs it might be a bit much!
