I’ve seen another pullet that looks very similar https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/anyone-have-an-idea-what-i-have.1397994/post-22942966. I believe both your bird and the one in the link are some new hatchery hybrid, but I’m not sure which one. I’d have to look at the hatchery websites again.
Leaning towards cockerel on both the polish, not sure about the silkies.
