Post pictures of your dog(s) with your flock!

I don't have a flock, just two pet bantams. This is Tank checking out little Goliath.

I had these posted on the Colorado page but this may be a better place for them. 1st the babies were raised in the house while in their brooder so all my pets would know they were ours

As you can see the Molly and Rio checking the new EE chicks. I also have 6 SLW and 5 GLWs. All receive the same treatment.

Then M[olly makes sure they are all there

Then she can relax and let them play.

I love my Borders are great dogs but you need to spend time with them and they too come in at night
Molly the BC in most pictures will not come in at night till all the chicks and the geese (even thought they don't always see things eye to eye) are put to bed. Then she will come in. She is very serious about her job. Rio the large BC is a good watch dog unless there is a friebee or ball around.
Enjoy, Love all the pics in this thread! BYC rocks!

Here is my 2 1/2 year old chocolate lab, Churchill, allowing himself to be used as a perch. He's a handsome dog if I do say so myself. The second photo is him just surveying his domain. I call that photo: "Church's Chicken."

Heres my boston, standing stone still "surveying" the girls.... I wouldn't trust her without the fence there, but with, she just "freezes" and only moves her eyes!

My bulldog Gus could care the least of all the dogs, he just doesn't understand why he's not allowed to sit with Mama on the other side of the fence! (he's a total mamas boy!)

My beagles are wonderful with the chickens and are left unsupervised with them all the time. They will sleep together on the lawn furniture! Here are pics from when they were chicks! (Sadly, my third dog can not be left with them!)

And here's one of my cat. She adopts every bird that comes into the house and sleeps next to the brooder. I have to set up a litter box in the same room because she won't leave. Currently, she's 'raising' her ducks and joins them on the bathtub edge during their swimming sessions!
