What part of the world are you in? that coop is awesome. love it, what kind of chickens?
Oh my heck, please tell us how you did that! I LOVE it!
We have the 6 ft chainlink across the top of it too. We put tarps over it for now for a little added protection from the elements until we come up with something a little craftier.
We have soooooooo many rocks in our yard left over from construction that we had to find a use for them somewhere. I think this works perfectly.
We are new to raising chickens so we are making it up as we go, but I don't think their set up is half bad. I am envious of some of the other coops I see but due to chicken math I am sure a new structure will be in our .... very near future. Just don't tell the DH I said that.
No fears, we have all kinds here. Duck tape and a toothpick.
Quite amazing!!! Welcome to the forum. The view in the picture is art itself.
Just finished this up last night! Our first coop. Getting the hens next week. So excited! We'll see how it goes and hope not too many modifications are needed!

Beautiful! Is that grapevine or willow thatch? On a practical side, how do you clean that out?
Someone was asking a few pages ago about the wisdom of turkeys and chickens sharing close quarters? I think the disease that they could communicate is blackhead. Chickens are carriers and turkeys fall sick.
Gorgeous!! I love the simplicity, so cool.
