Here's the one I just built for my chicks in Florida. The coop is 4x8 and the attached run is 8'x24'. I have 4 BO in there now and not sure if its a good idea to add more.

Thank you we will be finishing it up tomorrow. I am also working on another coop for more bantams. Also made out of pallets. I work at a grocery store so I can usually get a lot of free ones.

bartholemew82, that's a great coop and run!

I finished this coop in early June. I tried to utilize used materials as much as possible. The only items bought new were hardware, varnish, the little wagon wheels and some PVC fittings. The roof and wall framing were built out of lawn mower pallets. The exterior siding is from a Red Lobster remodel. If anyone wants more detail, it can be seen here:

I finally finished my coop today. I say "finished" because I finally got it painted to match my house but it's been occupied by my six hens since the middle of April. The big coop is done other then painting it and adding some more roosting poles.... I have my 8 week old pullets in the garage and I think tomorrow they get to go to there new home.
