I hope this works..My first egg ever -Friday Aug.28, @ 24 weeks old

Does this look more like a Barred Rock, Rhode Island Red, Buff Orpington pullet egg??

ETA: I now know it's my Barred Rock -Eunice that lays the eggs. I went out to check the nest boxes and just as I entered the coop Eunice jumped up on to the rail in front of the nestboxes.. no eggs in any of the boxes so I waited to see what would happen.. It took about ten minutes, she laid---but there was no 'song' at all, just Eunice high-steppin' out into the run ---there was my little egg...

WooHoo! First egg here! 20 week old EE - green egg. It is about 3/4 of the size of a store bought "large" egg.

at last

got 2 today from my 6 rsl im sooooo happy i could lay an egg
