Our first BCM egg...

This is our first egg from any of our chickens. We are pretty sure it came from our 22-week old barred Plymouth Rock. (That's a teaspoon next to it...)

Tandoori chicken's (a RIR/Australorp x) first egg on the left with a large bought egg on the right - after two hours of 'chicken labour' it fell out of her onto the lawn right in front of me!

Here is a picture of our first egg! We got it last week. Our chickens are 5 1/2 months old now and this one is from one of our Buff's. We are SO EXCITED!

and it came from our 38 week old Ameraucana, Rainbow. It's sitting next to a jumbo store bought egg.

We got our first egg this morning. Our girls are 18 wks. We think it came from one of our RIR's.
