My first ever egg was laid Dec 27th. Not sure which of my 4 EEs did it though. Now I think 3 of the 4 are laying. Such a pretty light green

My little EE lays me a lovely green egg almost every day. I go out to let them out into the run about 7:30 or 8 and she is nearly always in the nest box. Sometimes she is in there for a couple of hours, but when she comes out singing, I know there is an egg for me. She's been laying a couple of weeks.

My Millie laid her first egg this morning. She is a Black Star and is 23.5 weeks old. It weighed in at 1 3/4 oz. What an egg-citing morning. I now have two girls laying- 6 more to go .

My little brother put a store bought egg in one of the nest boxes a few days ago.... I almost cried when I figured out it was him... BROTHERS!!!

What a dirty trick!
