MY FIRST EGG !!!

Yesterday we discovered our first egg in the box! Today we discovered a second egg - exactly like the first.

They are a beautiful tan/pinkish color. We have NO idea who is laying.

All our chickens I bought at just a couple days old, last mid-March. I have:


3 Wyandottes
1 Americauna
1 Rhode Island Red
1 Brown Leghorn
2 Buff Orpingtons

and 1 surprise rooster, a Silver Cuckoo Maran, so I know it wasn't him!

** Any ideas who out of that list would lay a tan/pinkish egg?

One of my 2 younger pullets finally laid an egg. I wish I knew who laid it, it's a beautiful blue color for an EE egg! I'm including a picture of it compared to the egg of one of my older EE who lays a extra large size green egg.

For almost 2 weeks we have been getting and olive egg and a light brown egg and this afternoon we discovered 3 new beauties

The other 2 eggs were disposed of this morning with breakfast

I think the light blue egg is from my little girls favorite EE
