our feather footed has laid our first egg. its so tiny we dont know what to do with them. would it have a chicken in it?

My 1st pullet egglet, laid today. there is no tellin who laid it, so many of them look/act ready.

The new egg is the one on the right. PR egg on left, store bought large egg in the middle.
