Grease bottom of a glass dish.
Put any combination of ingredients in the bottom of the dish. This one i used sausage, ham, cheese.
Pour scrambled eggs on top.
Bake at 400 for about 30 mins.
8 eggs for an 8x8 pan.
12 eggs for an 9 x 13 pan.
Thanks so much…Dumb question …I assume the sausage is already cooked first. I have some great patty type sausage in the freezer. Should I fry and drain first?

Guess what!!!!!! My red sex link is currently laying her first egg, well probably, but I just found her next to my grandmas house. It's a bad place to nest, crab traps all around her and wire. She is actually laying on a bag  what can I do to discourse her from laying there? She never go's into my grandmas yard. Hopefully my E.E is laying somewhere too :D I will post a picture of the egg.

I will post a picture of the egg.
Do you have a nest box in the coop with some kind of bedding in it, and maybe a golf ball or plastic easter egg, or something resembling an egg to give them the idea? I had wooden eggs in my two nest boxes to give mine the hint, and it worked! Good luck with that!

Do you eat that many (in cooking, baking, etc.), dry them for future use, or do you plan on selling them? Maybe you share with family, friends, and neighbors. We only have four hens and we do share ours. We pretty much keep our kids' families in eggs just with our four!
