She's one of my Delaware Blue Hens, and she's 32 weeks old.

Congratulations on the first egg! I love the look on her face!! "You better like that egg because I am NOT doing that again!" or "I have to do this HOW often??".

Finally got an egg from one of our 4 EE's they are 28 wks. Wasn't green, but we still got 3 more chances.

Medium, not bad for a first try.

I got my first egg the same day I got my first chicken :O It was my first, but her second. The night before she was to be sold to me, she laid her first egg, and that's why I named her Murphy...

That's my girl! She also has a friend, Little Jerry, who will hopefully lay soon

First Egg! Found it when I came home from work today. I asked the girls who did it but no one took responsibility.

I can't believe how exciting it was to find the egg.
