This is Morgan last October with Nugget and our first, beautiful egg! Our first experience ever. The yolk was sunset organge!

Well Saturday my girls would be 21 weeks and I finally have my first egg

My daughter insisted on saving the first eggs!

I decorate eggs as a hobby, so the eggs did come first, then the chickens!

1st egg from one of my 6 golden comets! SOOOO excited!

The top egg came from my chicken, the other is a commercial egg for reference.

Here are a couple of my first eggs. One we know came from a beige colored EE, and the other, I am wondering if it's from my RIR. I cannot believe that it would be from the EE with that color variation..Whatcha think?
